Your Responsibilities
Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your network
Reach out to introduce potential candidates to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters to facilitate more in-depth screening
Follow up with leads to continue their engagement and support their hiring journey
Keep accurate records up to date in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on the meetings you set up, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
This role is performance-based and commission-only. That means there are no limits on your earning potential or boundaries on your success.
You will generate income based on the tangible value you create:
Commission for every qualified meeting scheduled
Additional earnings when interviews take place as a result of your outreach
Commission multiples on new business generated
