Your responsibilities include:
Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our innovative platform along with your personal network
Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
Follow up on leads to maintain enthusiasm and facilitate their hiring journey
Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
Receive commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads
