Your Responsibilities
Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform in combination with your network
Reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
Provide ongoing support to leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist in their hiring path
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on meetings booked, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your leads
What You Need for Success
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Your Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only role. There's no limit on your earning potential or boundaries on your success.
You will receive compensation based on genuine contributions:
Commission for every qualified meeting you arrange
Extra income when interviews take place as a result of your outreach
Additional commissions for net-new business
Bonus commissions for placements directly linked to your leads
