Your responsibilities include utilizing our proprietary platform along with your network to source prospective healthcare candidates, initiating contact with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and measure their interest, scheduling appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth evaluations, following up with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring journey, keeping precise, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, and gaining commissions based on meetings secured, interviews conducted, and placements made from your leads.
What you need to thrive includes exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-driven mindset, a passion for outreach, building relationships, and assisting others in taking the next step in their careers, and no previous recruiting experience required

This is a commission-based, performance-driven role. This means there's no limit to your earning potential and no ceiling on your success. Your earnings will be tied to the value you create: commission for each qualified meeting you manage to schedule, additional pay when interviews result from your outreach efforts, enhanced commission on new business generated, bonus commission for placements that can be traced back to your lead, and extra opportunities for income based on performance (such as retention bonuses).
