Key responsibilities include:

Reach out to candidates to present exciting opportunities with MLR and assess their interest
Schedule appointments between candidates and our talent consultants for in-depth assessments
Maintain ongoing engagement with leads to nurture interest throughout the hiring journey
Keep accurate and updated records within our applicant tracking system
Benefit from commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements arising from your referrals
