About the role
The Senior Account Director oversees a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing advanced strategic leadership and ensuring long-term client success. This role operates at a senior level, managing complex relationships and driving significant business impact.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or client strategy leadership
Agency experience preferred
Experience managing enterprise-level clients
Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.
Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships
Lead high‑level strategic conversations and long‑term planning
Serve as a trusted advisor on business and marketing strategy
Oversee strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and performance
Drive long‑term growth and retention across the portfolio
Identify and act on opportunities for expansion
Lead and support Account Directors and their teams
Ensure high standards of performance, communication, and delivery
Provide coaching and leadership across the organization
Operational Excellence
Ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and quality across accounts
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
