Your Responsibilities

Initiate contact with prospective candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey
Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission through meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
