Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee a team providing trauma-informed, client-centered services in the Bronx, NY.
This full-time role involves supervising case planners working with child welfare cases related to intimate partner violence.
The position requires proficiency in using generic technology systems for case management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of case planners to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Oversee case documentation and ensure timely completion of all required reports and assessments.
Collaborate with community stakeholders to maintain a steady stream of referrals and high client satisfaction.
Provide training and professional development for staff in trauma-informed treatment practices.
Manage team dynamics, including hiring and addressing performance issues as needed.

Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, mental health, or a related field; LCSW preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in clinical counseling or social services.
Experience with prevention and intervention services for families affected by intimate partner violence.
Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
