HVAC Domain Expert - Digital, ERP & Enterprise IT Transformation

We are seeking a senior HVAC industry domain expert

with hands-on experience at large HVAC OEMs such

similar organizations (Carrier, Daikin, Johnson Controls, Lennox). This role will bridge business, IT, and digital transformation, working closely with CIO, CDO, and Business-Unit IT leaders to drive large-scale ERP, digital, and platform modernization initiatives.

This is a credibility role-someone who has been inside an HVAC enterprise, understands how decisions are made, and can translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities
Domain & Business Leadership

Act as the HVAC industry domain authority for enterprise IT, ERP, and digital programs
Translate HVAC business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, service, parts, dealer channels) into technology requirements
Provide industry-informed guidance on operating models, KPIs, and modernization priorities
Executive & IT Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with CIO, CDO, and VP-level IT leaders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps
Partner with Business Unit IT leaders (Commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, Supply & Service)
Support executive decision-making with context, tradeoffs, and industry best practices
Technology Transformation

Advise on ERP strategy (SAP / Oracle / D365) and enterprise application modernization
Enable core IT + Digital alignment (ERP, data platforms, connected systems, analytics)
Guide legacy-to-modern transitions across enterprise systems and digital platforms
Strategic Enablement

Support account strategy, pursuits, and solution shaping with HVAC-specific credibility
Mentor internal teams on HVAC domain nuances, buying behavior, and governance
Act as a trusted advisor-not a sales overlay
