Combining hands-on design execution with creative direction, the full-time Creative Services Manager will produce high-quality assets, manage external creative partners, and oversee project management for multiple brands in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a variety of creative assets while coordinating work from freelancers and agencies
Review and assign incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with internal stakeholders
Provide creative direction and quality assurance for all visual outputs, maintaining brand consistency across channels
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in brand and visual design with a strong portfolio of print and digital work
Experience designing and maintaining scalable templates, including email newsletters and PowerPoint decks
Familiarity with building and managing a digital asset management (DAM) system or centralized asset library
3+ years of experience managing projects for clients or internal teams
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, or Monday
