Owning the global Sales Development strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Sales Development will define and manage the operating model to ensure effective pipeline generation across regions while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the global Sales Development strategy, including role definitions and qualification criteria
Partner with regional leaders to ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution
Own global SDR playbooks and performance systems, establishing KPIs and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Revenue leadership roles
Proven experience in designing and scaling global SDR operating models
Deep understanding of SDR tooling and emerging sales technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex organizations
Strong executive communication skills with experience in driving change at scale
