Responsibilities / Qualifications
Drees Homes is currently seeking a sales professional with the ability to coach and inspire others for a Sales Manager role in our Townhomes Division. As the Sales Manager, this person is responsible for the efficient, orderly, and profitable sale and closing of homes in the Division and for implementing action plans for the attainment of Division sales goals related to volume, price, and profit margin.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self‑generated traffic

Recruit, train and motivate sales team

Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally

Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share

Develop and implement Division Sales training plans

Assure compliance to all Company and Division policies and procedures

Be responsible for the overall condition and presentation of all model homes, market homes, community entrances, etc. within Division

Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Proven personal sales track record

Minimum 3 years of new home construction sales experience

Minimum 3 years sales management experience, ideally within homebuilding

Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing sales teams

Strong customer focus and driven to succeed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive, energetic and outgoing demeanor

Highly organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and accept direction
