Key responsibilities
Shape and implement production strategies within assigned projects and teams
Oversee complex projects to ensure flawless execution and serve as the senior escalation point for major challenges
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, leading account expansions and positioning the agency as a strategic partner
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in production leadership roles
Proven success managing complex portfolios and scaling agency operations
Strong business development and operational strategy experience
Expertise in client management, contract negotiations, and production execution
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain stationary or standing for extended periods
