Key responsibilities
Own and grow the customer advocacy program, including developing customer stories and case studies
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to support marketing efforts aimed at expansion and retention
Build and scale community engagement and customer-focused campaigns aligned with key business moments
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a closely related B2B marketing role
Proven track record of building and managing customer advocacy programs in a SaaS or cloud-infrastructure company
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex technical outcomes to diverse audiences
Experience producing customer case studies and reference content across various formats and channels
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring the impact of customer marketing initiatives
