Managing a portfolio of renewals, the full-time Renewals Manager will ensure successful execution of renewal processes, support customer interactions throughout the renewal cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer conversions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the renewal deal cycle and ensure on-time execution of renewal processes
Negotiate renewal issues and provide seamless support during renewal cycles, including expansion opportunities
Maintain an accurate forecast of renewals and archive all contractual documentation
Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management
Strong understanding of deal support topics, pricing, and contracting
Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of legal conditions
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications
A four-year college degree is preferred
