A company is looking for a Project Coordinator/Assistant to provide administrative support for executive search activities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical structure for searches, managing internal processes and timelines
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and manage the production of client meeting materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of administrative experience preferred
Professional and service-oriented demeanor with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage confidentiality with sound judgment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and experience with databases
