Driving B2B marketing and content strategy, the fully remote Director of B2B & Content Marketing will own the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance pipeline and market expansion while establishing the company as a thought leader in AI-powered care delivery.
Key responsibilities
Own the development of KPI-driven marketing roadmaps aligned with Growth and Commercial strategies
Build and manage Pair Team's content strategy across various channels to establish category authority
Lead the creation of B2B marketing assets and sales enablement collateral to support Growth, Commercial, and Partnership teams
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, and B2B/commercial marketing in healthcare
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or government-sponsored health programs
Proven track record of executing content programs that improve SEO rankings and organic traffic
Strong market intelligence skills, including competitive differentiation and buyer persona development
Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks, such as HubSpot and CMS platforms
