Position Overview
Join Kelly as a Communications Specialist II, where you’ll support key communication initiatives, project management activities, corporate branding, and internal communication efforts. You’ll collaborate with employees at all levels and external vendors while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Implement the corporate brand plan and manage assets, tools, and printed materials.

Support content publishing for corporate channels.

Assist with the development, publication, and distribution of departmental communications, including internal communications.

Manage event planning, coordination, and communications for department-driven events.

Maintain and ensure up-to-date materials on internal communications sites.

Track and report departmental budget expenditures.

Coordinate, maintain, and organize departmental communication files in compliance with regulations.

Follow purchasing, requisition, security, and privacy procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.

Identify opportunities to improve communication team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communication or related fields.

3–5 years’ experience in communications, preferably corporate.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business-specific software.

Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Effective multi-tasker with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Excellent writing skills in Spanish and English.

Experience with social media, digital communications, and event planning.

Design skills a plus.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

Work Environment
Office/cubicle setting. Service at both sites (APL/ABL) expected.
