Driving profitable growth through equipment finance solutions, the full-time remote Vice President Relationship Manager will originate, develop, and manage client relationships while overseeing portfolio management and new business development.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships with businesses, vendors, and referral partners
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lending and equipment finance relationships
Structure and negotiate equipment finance transactions, including leases and loans
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in commercial lending, equipment finance, or relationship management
Proven track record of originating and managing commercial credit relationships
Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment
Experience developing business through referral networks (brokers, vendors, COIs)
