To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the full-time salaried Director of Total Rewards will design, manage, and continuously improve total rewards programs while serving as a key advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment with business growth and talent retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of total rewards strategies aligned to company growth and talent priorities
Manage compensation frameworks and oversee annual compensation planning cycles, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
Design and manage health, wellness, retirement, and absence programs to enhance employee experience and compliance
Required Qualifications:
8-12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with leadership in complex organizations
Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs
Strong understanding of compensation governance and regulatory compliance
Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
Extensive HRIS knowledge, with Dayforce experience preferred
