Location: Spring, TX. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year. Shift: Day.
Job Summary
Responsible for all marketing and sales, installation and service of Kent Moore Cabinets, Ltd. custom-built cabinetry within a region.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide guidance, leadership and direction for all employees in the region.
Direct supervision of sales, service personnel, and office staff.
Work through HR staff for hiring, disciplining, and discharging.
Maintain GPs in accordance with company goals.
Oversight of all work done by installers/subcontractors.
Approve installer pay and extra service pay.
Oversee accounts receivables/collections.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Make presentations to new customers.
Prospect, develop, and close on leads for new accounts.
Grow sales with existing customers and gain new customers.
Maintain acceptable error rate of no more than 1% total and less than .25% for work orders.
Maintain ongoing image, which will benefit KMC, employees, and customers.
Measure design, order, and schedule jobs as needed to fill in for sales personnel.
Oversee all necessary paperwork for office and builder books.
Assure quality of work.
Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety standards and advance safety training.
Develop and implement training plans for new employees.
Walk jobs in the field to verify performance of personnel and products.
Maintain and improve morale of employees.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor or corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
Minimum 5 years in the cabinet business.
Computer knowledge and ability to learn cabinet programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 5 years outside sales and customer service experience.
Ability to handle stressful situations and make correct judgment calls.
Professional attitude and appearance.
