Business Sales Account Manager

Are you a driven, confident, and ambitious business sales professional looking to build a successful career in the tech industry? We’re looking for Business Account Managers to support our accelerated growth and help us sell our innovative Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Cloud Based Business Phone services over our state‑of‑the‑art 100% Fiber Optic network to Allo’s existing customer base.
Responsibilities

Sell a high volume of Allo services to existing clients, including Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Based Business Phone Systems, and Fiber Optic Internet.
Prospect and sell across Allo’s fiber footprint (Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska) and outside of it.
Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new upsell and cross‑sell opportunities among Allo’s existing client base.
Build value in Allo’s product set through engaging client presentations.
Develop deep knowledge of Allo’s diverse product set to position services to solve technology pain points.
Visit clients in‑person to prospect and build relationships; also prospect via phone, email, social media, or other effective means.
Prospect and sell remotely in regions outside of your home base via virtual meetings.
Follow direction and execute best‑practice strategies related to prospecting, client presentations, and order submission.
Attend networking events to develop relationships and expand reach.
Conduct virtual and face‑to‑face meetings with clients for sales and installations.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales positions.
Demonstrated success in high‑volume prospecting and self‑generated leads/opportunities.
Experience using a CRM to track leads and pipelines while meeting weekly sales goals.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with minimal oversight.
Relentless drive for prospecting and pursuing sales opportunities, strong work ethic.
Professional business acumen, character, and personal appearance/dress.
Coachable and receptive to constructive, straightforward feedback.
Passionate about solution and value selling and building relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create professional presentations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of telecommunications services (preferred but not required).
Requirements

Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
Operate a computer.
Remain stationary for extended periods.
Communicate information effectively.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
