Your Responsibilities

Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our advanced platform and your personal network
Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for thorough evaluations
Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring process
Keep accurate records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads
