To support a growing Paid Media team, the full-time remote Director of Paid Search will manage paid search and shopping strategies for clients, oversee budgets, and mentor team members while driving new revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Own paid search and shopping strategy across assigned clients
Supervise client budgets and coordinate with other paid media Directors for overarching strategy development
Lead team meetings, educate staff on best practices, and ensure quality assurance on campaign execution
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in paid search and shopping campaigns
3+ years of experience managing direct reports and fostering career growth
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid search automation
Experience with AI capabilities and their application in paid search
Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, particularly Search Ads 360
