Job Description
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Director - Digital | Print | E-commerce to join our team based in Gallatin, Tennessee. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, and managing marketing campaigns. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our brand and improving customer engagement.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies to support organizational growth

Oversee the creation and development of content for websites, eCommerce sites, social media, and digital/print marketing materials

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness, increase sales, and create customer loyalty

Utilize CRM practices to support sales, marketing, and customer needs

Execute customer growth and retention campaigns with effective use of CRM tools supporting sales teams

Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and make recommendations for improvements

Monitor new digital technologies and web analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and search advertising

Manage marketing processes, staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of results

Collaborate with supplier partners to develop materials supporting marketing and sales efforts

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, specifically in Digital, Print, and E-commerce

Proficient in CRM and Database management

Experience with EO/IR systems is necessary

Ability to analyze data using Facebook Insights and Google AdWords

Proven track record in creating and implementing successful advertisements

Demonstrated experience in boosting brand awareness

Expertise in campaign planning and collateral management

Familiarity with design controls is preferred

Proven experience in CRM marketing and B2B marketing

Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies

Membership in the Search Engine Marketing detail oriented Organization (SEMPO) is an advantage

Ability to manage digital media campaigns and perform digital media planning to increase brand awareness

Experience in corporate branding, adhering to branding standards, and developing brand strategy and brand messaging

Proven track record in executing successful email campaigns

Experience in budgeting and traditional marketing strategies

Must be able to work in a team and have excellent communication skills

Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required
