Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Integrated Marketing Director - Digital | Print | E-commerce to join our team based in Gallatin, Tennessee. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, and managing marketing campaigns. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our brand and improving customer engagement.Responsibilities and QualificationsDevelop and implement marketing and brand strategies to support organizational growthOversee the creation and development of content for websites, eCommerce sites, social media, and digital/print marketing materialsLead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness, increase sales, and create customer loyaltyUtilize CRM practices to support sales, marketing, and customer needsExecute customer growth and retention campaigns with effective use of CRM tools supporting sales teamsEvaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and make recommendations for improvementsMonitor new digital technologies and web analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and search advertisingManage marketing processes, staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of resultsCollaborate with supplier partners to develop materials supporting marketing and sales effortsMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, specifically in Digital, Print, and E-commerceProficient in CRM and Database managementExperience with EO/IR systems is necessaryAbility to analyze data using Facebook Insights and Google AdWordsProven track record in creating and implementing successful advertisementsDemonstrated experience in boosting brand awarenessExpertise in campaign planning and collateral managementFamiliarity with design controls is preferredProven experience in CRM marketing and B2B marketingStrong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategiesMembership in the Search Engine Marketing detail oriented Organization (SEMPO) is an advantageAbility to manage digital media campaigns and perform digital media planning to increase brand awarenessExperience in corporate branding, adhering to branding standards, and developing brand strategy and brand messagingProven track record in executing successful email campaignsExperience in budgeting and traditional marketing strategiesMust be able to work in a team and have excellent communication skillsShould be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
