Responsibilities
Manage the corporate marketing contingency and maintain a rolling list of asks across all functions of the organization.
Work with the Functional Strategy and Planning team to ensure budget execution and quarterly spend completion. Align with the Finance and Strategy team to identify quarterly spend trends.
Track and update reports and executive decks to support business needs for both planning and headcount reporting as well as ad hoc requests for upper management. Ability to work in Salesforce tools to provide informative trending and analysis.
Design, implement, and streamline reports and dashboards using Salesforce platforms to track key metrics and ROI efficiencies for consolidated marketing budgets. Provide informative trending and analysis to key partners.
Connect with business partners within marketing and across the wider organization and act as a key source of insights; document and provide enablement where necessary.
Build a detailed database of interactive historicals that is dynamic; leverage this database as the organization continues to grow and transform.
Required Skills and Experience
Motivated, proactive self‑starter able to work independently.
Advanced Excel skills required. Must be quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
Financial background a plus. Knowledge of GAAP‑based accounting recognition policies preferred.
Detail oriented and creative.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide teams.
3–5 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $113,500 annually.
