Global Head of Talent & Leadership Strategy

Athene is seeking a Head of Talent to architect and drive the firmwide talent management strategy. This role includes ownership over performance management and succession planning while serving as a senior partner to leadership on talent and culture.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in talent management, preferably within financial services, and will demonstrate success in leading enterprise-level systems. A robust analytical orientation and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
