Commercial Executive.

Overview

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Working Hours: 7.30am – 5pm (Multiple breaks in between)

Working Location: Tuas

Base Salary: Up to $4000 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience) + VB

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally while coordinating effective responses to service requests and operational needs.

Prepare accurate quotations for parts and services and coordinate service orders with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare invoices efficiently and support the Sales Team in monitoring and facilitating early payment collections when required.

Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service execution.

Resolve ad-hoc issues related to quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing, while performing other duties assigned by the Commercial Manager.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in sales quotation, customer administration, or commercial support

Experience in handling quotations, order fulfilment and invoicing

Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems will be an advantage
