Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Tamuning. In this position, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, and providing strategic insights to enhance service delivery. The role combines strategic account planning with day-to-day relationship management to drive customer success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management, account management, and negotiation skills

Ability to identify business opportunities, develop client-centered solutions, and achieve sales targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to clients and internal teams

Well-developed organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts

Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations is highly desirable

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in account management, sales, or logistics will be considered an asset
