Role Summary

MRI Software is seeking a Director, Product Management - Sales, Leasing, Assurance & Marketing (Property Management Products).
You will lead a portfolio of SaaS products across Sales, Leasing, Assurance and Marketing. You will own strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes. You will manage a team of Product Managers. You will set the standard for how product works across the portfolio. You will lead and represent the North American arm of the team, and will be heavily involved with global peers and products. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer teams. You will also work directly with global executives, with regular interaction across North America leadership in particular. You will modernise products. This includes platform thinking, API-first design, and embedding AI across workflows. You are accountable for turning fragmented products into a connected platform experience that drives measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Portfolio Leadership

Define and drive a clear portfolio strategy aligned to global team direction and strategy
Translate company goals into product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
Lead portfolio rationalization, lifecycle management, and investment decisions
Drive platform alignment across products, reduce duplication, increase reuse

AI-Enabled Product Transformation

Identify and implement AI use cases that improve customer workflows and internal efficiency
Embed AI into core product experiences, not as bolt‑on features but as workflows
Leverage LLMs, automation, and data pipelines to modernize legacy capabilities
Partner with engineering to adopt AI‑assisted development practices

Execution and Delivery

Ensure high‑quality roadmap execution across multiple teams and regions
Drive outcome‑based planning, focusing on impact, not output
Establish consistent product practices across teams
Remove blockers, drive accountability

Customer and Market Leadership

Maintain deep understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics
Lead discovery practices that generate actionable insight
Ensure products solve real problems and deliver measurable value

Commercial Alignment

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM execution
Support pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions
Ensure product strategy aligns with revenue and growth targets

Stakeholder Leadership

Operate effectively with senior executives across regions
Communicate clearly
Drive alignment across conflicting priorities
Represent the portfolio in executive forums

Team Leadership

Build and lead a high‑performing team of Product Managers
Coach for strong product thinking and execution discipline
Set clear expectations and accountability

Experience and Skills

Leadership 10+ years in Product Management, including leadership of Product Managers
Experience owning multi‑product SaaS portfolios
Proven ability to operate at executive level
Modern SaaS Product Management
Strong experience with platform models, APIs, and integrations
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: adoption, retention, expansion
Experience with outcome‑driven roadmaps and product operating models
AI and Data: practical experience applying AI in products, LLMs, automation, or data‑driven features
Understanding of how to operationalize AI; not just ideation
Familiarity with modern AI tooling and workflows
Execution: strong track record of delivering complex products at scale
Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones ranging from USA to Australia, India, South Africa, United Kingdom and potentially more
Data‑driven decision making
Communication: clear, direct communicator; able to influence senior stakeholders; comfortable managing tension and trade‑offs
Domain

Real estate experience helpful but not required
Experience in complex, multi‑product enterprise environments preferred
