Senior Account Manager – Office Building Segment, New York metro area. The role focuses on selling branded towel, tissue, and manufactured wiper products to the Office Building segment and driving our regional strategy to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities

Utilize end‑user marketing insights, digital prospecting techniques, and centrally created lead campaigns to generate opportunities and close new business.
Apply data‑driven territory management skills to engage existing target end‑user customers, understand their business needs, identify buying behavior, and determine value drivers to position KCP products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) and Distribution Management; serve as a selling consultant, conduct regular business reviews, and jointly close sales.
Collaborate with Distribution Management teams and DSRs to initiate/build relationships with potential end‑user customers.
Deliver business results using digital platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, LinkedIn) and execute annual business plans to maximize top‑line and bottom‑line growth, achieving volume, market share, and profit objectives.
Maintain an active and accurate pipeline in Salesforce and meet sales financial and activity targets for the position.
Qualifications

5+ years of outside or inside sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems – Salesforce Lightning and pipeline management tools.
Experience in digital, virtual, and/or social selling platforms.
Valid driver’s license.
Travel & Licensing

Will travel up to 60% locally and 15% overnight.
Only local candidates already authorized to work in the United States are eligible.
Relocation support will not be provided.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $97,000 – $119,800 USD. Eligible for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite that includes 401(k) and profit sharing. This information is provided for U.S. locations only.
