Responsibilities
Team Leadership: manage the US RFP Team, mentor and train members on content best practices, engage with SMEs, identify strategies to improve RFP/RFI/DDQ quality, and ensure smooth handoffs across regions.
RFP Content Management: own the content governance and processes, work with over 200 SMEs, ensure content is up to date, remove duplication, collaborate on readability, review analytics, and maintain consistent branding, style, and tone.
RFP and DDQ Support: allocate DDQs and RFPs, analyze incoming requests, lead DDQ/RFP projects, and support technology upgrades.
Technology Platform Support: identify new features for the proposal automation tool, provide training, serve as technical expert, and manage inquiry documentation.
Special Projects: participate in ad‑hoc projects, such as proposal automation product upgrades and developing standard questionnaires.
Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent and up to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Highly proficient English speaker and writer with excellent proofreading and copy‑editing skills.
Great collaboration and project‑management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate key information quickly and effectively.
Detail‑oriented, comfortable following complex instructions and managing others to deadlines.
Proficient in the Office suite; knowledge of Qvidian or other proposal automation tools is a plus.
Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification is a plus but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 base salary + annual target bonus. BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. Benefits include long‑term savings, healthcare, income protection, professional development opportunities, and paid time off.
