Drive sales for the Watch & Jewelry category and manage a personal client portfolio.

Deliver product training, support new product launches, and communicate corporate strategy to the team.

Coach colleagues through morning briefings, trainings, 1:1 coaching and observation of the selling ceremony.

Demonstrate outstanding clienteling and storytelling to build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

Passion for luxury watches and jewelry and strong product knowledge in the category.

Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills with a proven record of sales performance.

Experience in client development and luxury retail sales, with the ability to coach and train peers.

Highly analytical and commercially minded, able to drive business results through clienteling and merchandising.
