Summary

The Expert Client Advisor for Watches and Jewelry will act as the in-store category specialist, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales for the watches and jewelry assortment. This role combines direct selling, client development, and product training while supporting store strategy and coaching colleagues. The advisor will maintain deep product knowledge and lead by example to grow the category.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to product expert for watches and jewelry and support clienteling efforts in-store.

Drive the watches and jewelry business through direct selling and portfolio management of clients.

Lead product trainings, support new launches, and communicate corporate strategy to the team.

Coach and mentor colleagues through morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 feedback; observe and support the selling ceremony.

Provide commercial feedback to management to help improve category performance and client experience.

Requirements

Proven sales experience and a track record of developing strong client relationships in luxury retail.

Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills with outstanding product knowledge in watches and jewelry.

Demonstrated ability to train and influence colleagues and to act as a sales leader within the category.

Highly analytical and commercially minded with a focus on client development and category growth.
