Role Description

As Insurance Account Manager for Michael Feulner State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Review Insurance coverages and make recommendations to customers.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell a variety of insurance products.
Calling, Texting, and Emailing prospective customers that contact you for insurance quotes.
Qualifications

Experience in Sales preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Willingness to obtain a P&C and Life & Health License.
Strong Verbal and written communication Skills.
Confidence to discuss and teach consumers complicated topics.
Must be willing to work in a base salary + commission pay structure.
Must be willing to work in office to enable better continual training and development of sales skills.
