Overview
Are you looking to break into marketing or sharpen your professional skills? Our client, an engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Temporary Marketing Administrator for a 6-12 month contract. In this role, you will kickstart your career by coordinating and following up on trade show logistics, monitoring and managing our company LinkedIn presence, and providing vital administrative support to our team as needed. The ideal candidate possesses organizational and communication skills, a basic familiarity with social media for business, and an eagerness to learn.
Compensation
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 7 AM – 4 PM. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage logistics for trade shows, including registration, planning, shipping, and post‑show follow‑up
Utilize D365 to track and manage trade show coordination
Coordinate shipping of trade show materials
Send follow‑up communication, including thank‑you emails to leads post‑show
Utilize Canva for basic material as needed
Assist with social media content posting
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills
Multi‑tasking (3 years of experience preferred)
