Job Summary

This role specializes in the specific discipline of advertiser‑sponsored custom content on Disney streaming and linear TV networks, wherein consumer brands (tech, auto, CPG, etc.) are combined with creative IP and platforms (Hulu, Disney+, ABC, FX, Freeform, National Geographic, Disney Channels, and Disney Branded Television) to create entertaining content and campaigns with a business purpose. Beyond “product placement,” the role develops robust streaming, social, live, linear, long‑form, and short‑form campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in high‑volume writing in multiple voices for differing brands, TV shows, consumers, and audiences, from succinct pitches and presentations to longer‑form scripts and treatments, artfully blending storytelling and business objectives. Experience in an advertising agency and editorial content background, a creative hybrid with diverse cultural interests, and a deep curiosity about emerging trends and culture are essential. The mindset should be a curious, creative problem solver and big thinker comfortable across all genres and media platforms, understanding all aspects of the storytelling craft – scripting, characters, structure, art direction, etc. We collaborate with sales, research, production, and marketing departments to deliver best‑in‑class creative content and experiences.
