The Valley Wells Team is looking to hire a Reliability Specialist. Schedule is 9/80.

Job Details
Hourly pay range: $42.04 - $51.32, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base compensation. Individual pay decisions depend on education, experience level, and relevant industry experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Paid Holidays, FSA and HSA.

Responsibilities
Reposting to any of the 4 supervisors, RS will be operating and maintaining:

Optimize producing well equipment

Troubleshooting skills on downhole pumps

Ability to read and understand dyno cards, along with XSPOC interfaces

Task completion through Dynamic Dispatch

Assisting other team members as needed

Willingness to work from MWSS up to DTR

Working directly with Rigs team in job prioritization

Ensuring customer specifications are being met at all times

Ensuring EHS compliance is being met at all times

Interfacing with customers/suppliers to ensure team and CRC goals are being satisfied

Identify opportunities and initiate plans for improving process you might work in

Ensure all CRC policies and procedures are being met

Clearly and timely communicate operational issues or concerns to customers and other team members

Prepare, update and complete job plans and work requests to ensure equipment reliability

Ensure equipment is clean, neat and in good working order

Transfer knowledge to teammates in a team meeting environment
