Job Overview

Field Marketing Coordinator for the Growth and Engagement team, assisting with planning and executing Drop‑Off Events with Local Card Shops and other industry partners. Reports to the Drop Off Events Manager and may work from Santa Ana or Jersey City office; remote or hybrid candidates considered.
What You’ll Do

Event Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Drop‑Off event strategies aligned with company objectives.
Event Planning: Oversee end‑to‑end planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and event timelines.
Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing to align event plans with overall strategies, covering pre‑event, on‑site, and post‑event efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as card shop owners, industry partners, vendors, collectors, and operations/customer care teams.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and provide regular reports on event success, ROI, and attendee feedback.
Who You Are

3+ years of proven experience in event planning/coordination, preferably with exposure to collectibles fandom.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of collectibles culture and ability to create engaging brand experiences.
Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple projects.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
Passion for collectibles and familiarity with the company’s authentication and grading processes.
Approximately 30% travel required.
