Responsibilities

Act as ambassador and subject matter expert for watches and jewelry

Drive in-store sales and be a top seller in the category

Provide product training and support for new launches

Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients

Deliver clienteling and personalized selling experiences

Conduct morning briefings and share corporate strategy with the team

Coach colleagues through 1:1 training and on-floor observation

Provide feedback to management to help drive business objectives

Requirements

Demonstrated product knowledge in watches and jewelry

Proven retail sales experience and client development skills

Strong storytelling and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to train and coach team members

Analytical and commercial mindset to drive category performance

Experience maintaining client portfolios and clienteling tools
