Customer Experience Specialist – Dallas, TX
Starting salary is $30.53 per hour ($61,500 annually). Sign‑on bonus of $1,500 for candidates with an active, good‑standing adjuster’s license.
As an Auto Damage Customer Specialist you will provide reassurance and assistance when customers need it most, operating in a fast‑paced call‑center environment and supporting customers primarily through phone, email, text, and chat options. You’ll oversee the auto‑damage repair process for GEICO’s customers, claimants, and partners, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
The role includes hands‑on training at our Ashburn, VA training facility (3weeks). On completion you will manage a claim from start to finish, including vehicle estimating, navigating the repair process and equitable settlements, overseeing rental vehicle authority, and managing details such as car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements.
This is an in‑office position at 2280N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX75082. Your day‑to‑day work will involve direct interaction with GEICO customers, claimants, tow yards, rental companies, and body shops.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Active Insurance Adjuster’s license (preferred).
