Job Title : Aesthetic Corporate Account Manager
Location : Remote, multiple positions across US
Job Summary

The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) manages, expands, and optimizes strategic relationships with large multi‑location B2B aesthetic organizations—including dermatology groups, plastic surgery networks, medical spa chains, MSO’s, and corporate healthcare partners. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving account performance, coordinating cross‑functional resources, and delivering a seamless experience across all corporate sites.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B strategic account plans for assigned corporate groups, aligning product mix, revenue targets, and utilization to meet or exceed company goals.
Provide tailored solutions and services to corporate accounts to increase productivity and demand for Galderma aesthetics products.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and performance‑based agreements.
Ensure consistent implementation of corporate programs across all locations for assigned accounts.
Partner with Area Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and aesthetic field sales teams to support site‑level execution and strategic partnership.
Collaborate with internal resources (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand and support national and regional partners.
Conduct regular business reviews with leadership teams and internal stakeholders, presenting performance data and recommending action plans.
Maintain up‑to‑date CRM documentation, business forecasts, and account activity records.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism.
Represent the company at congresses and events.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university required.
Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota‑driven role; experience in dermatology, medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, or capital equipment. Prior aesthetic sales strongly preferred.
Experience managing large or multi‑site accounts.
Strong contract negotiation skills.
Proven track record of driving revenue and growing business within strategic customers.
Strong business acumen and understanding of customer and market dynamics, ability to interpret financial drivers.
Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts in the industry preferred.
Experience engaging decision‑makers at multiple levels, including physicians, practice owners, and administrators.
Proven ability to build long‑term partnerships and drive customer retention.
High sense of urgency and customer‑centric mindset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven, results‑oriented culture.
High level of integrity and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to travel (estimated 50%).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Be exposed to outside weather conditions while going in and out of office buildings.
Attendance at company‑sponsored meetings is required. Some meetings or travel may occur evening or weekend hours.
Travel estimated at 50%.
