CAMPAIGN REGISTRATION TERMINATION ANALYST

Salary: $3,861.00 - $6,276.00 per month.
Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of a Supervisor I, this Analyst I in the Political Reform Division is responsible for reviewing and processing campaign termination submissions filed under the Political Reform Act, independently evaluating complex inquiries, exercising sound judgment, and providing accurate guidance to filers, stakeholders, and the public. Other major functions include writing procedures, analyzing data, and creating and presenting reports. The incumbent will also deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in‑person appointments, and will receive on‑the‑job training to gain a comprehensive understanding of laws, regulations, and terminology related to campaign registration and disclosure requirements.

Interest in the importance of transparency in campaign and lobbying activities in California.
Working Conditions
This position provides a telework opportunity based upon the agency’s telework policy and business needs, typically after completing four (4) weeks of on‑site training.
