Schedule

Full Time – Monday through Saturday (5 days a week). Schedule TBD.
Earnings

$6,000–$8,000 per month plus bonuses.
What You’ll Do

Develop and implement a solid follow‑up process and document success rate.
Multi‑task to manage phone and internet traffic.
Collaborate with the sales team on leads to optimize positive results.
Train team members on phone and internet communications and sales skills.
Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring

2+ years of BDC/Dealership Sales experience.
People‑management experience (preferred).
Experience with Vin Solutions (a plus).
Previous Hyundai/Kia experience (a plus).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
Computer literacy/knowledge of Microsoft Word and data‑entry skills.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
