The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative team and support the execution of 360° campaigns across multiple channels. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, ideal for someone who is both visually strong and eager to grow within a fashion/beauty environment. You’ll work closely with mid‑weight and senior creatives to bring campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints, from social to site to retail platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating high‑quality digital assets that are both on‑brand and performance‑driven.

In this role you’ll get to:

Design and produce digital assets across channels including social, email, Shopify storefront, Amazon, and more

Support 360 campaign rollouts from concept to execution

Collaborate closely with mid‑weight designers and the broader creative team

Translate brand direction into compelling, on‑brand visuals

Work on a variety of deliverables, from static graphics to short‑form video content

Gain exposure to both brand and performance marketing creative

What we are looking for in you:

1–2 years’ experience

BA in Graphic Design or related field

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut

Experience in beauty and/or fashion (preferred)

Highly detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and asset hygiene

Comfortable working within digital specifications (dimensions, DPI, file formats) and producing a high volume of precise, production‑ready assets

A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels

Salary from $60,000 annually
