Our client, a dynamic and growing communications firm, is seeking a Public Relations Associate to join their Dallas-based team. Key Responsibilities

Support media relations initiatives, including pitching, press outreach, and media list development

Develop and edit high-quality content (press releases, social media, website copy, thought leadership)

Assist in executing social media campaigns and strategies

Contribute to client accounts and internal communications efforts

Conduct research, track media coverage, and monitor industry trends

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful communications programs

Build skills and take on increasing ownership of projects over time

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field

Agency or professional services experience strongly preferred

Core Skills

Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats

Experience with social media content development and strategy

Working knowledge of media relations practices

Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required)

Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
