Execute influencer advocacy and surprise & delight campaigns through personalized gifting, creator outreach, and large-scale product seeding programs to increase organic brand love and UGC.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs in a witty, on-brand voice while fostering authentic relationships with consumers and creators.
Monitor social listening insights, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment to provide weekly trend reports and actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and influencer/PR agencies to manage talent lists, product inventory, gifting logistics, and campaign execution.
Track campaign performance, gifting ROI, and inventory management while ensuring agility in executing fast-paced, trend-driven brand engagement initiatives.
