We are seeking a strategic and hands-on B2B Brand Manager to lead brand development, go-to-market initiatives, and product marketing efforts across a growing portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies aligned with sales and product teams.


The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B environments, with the ability to translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into impactful marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that support growth, market share, and profitability objectives
  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key markets and segments
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials, channels, and touchpoints


Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, product lines, and key initiatives
  • Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align launch plans, pricing, distribution, and messaging
  • Develop channel marketing strategies to support distributors, partners, and end customers


Product Launch & Commercialization

  • Own the marketing side of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign development
  • Build launch toolkits including sales collateral, training materials, and customer-facing assets
  • Support commercialization efforts including sell-in strategies and adoption campaigns


Voice of Customer (VOC) & Market Insights

  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, including surveys, interviews, and customer feedback programs
  • Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that inform product development, messaging, and campaign execution
  • Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to capture and validate market needs


Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research, segmentation, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform positioning and pricing strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer buying behavior, and distribution channels


Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, trade, channel marketing)
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, using data to refine strategy
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across programs


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Act as the bridge between product development and commercial execution
  • Support distributors, sales teams, and partners with tools, messaging, and training


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B brand management, product marketing, or channel marketing
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial markets strongly preferred
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong experience with VOC programs, market research, and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to translate complex product offerings into clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or dealer networks
  • Familiarity with SKU-driven or multi-product portfolios
  • Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
