Leading a team of Relationship Managers, the full-time Relationship Management Manager will build and maintain client relationships, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage revenue performance across assigned accounts, focusing on forecasting, renewals, and growth opportunities
Leverage client feedback and service metrics to improve customer satisfaction and identify service and product innovation opportunities
Establish team KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes while coaching and developing Relationship Managers
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership with a focus on client-facing teams
Financial knowledge related to revenue performance and retention outcomes
Experience using VOC insights to enhance client experience
Knowledge of Employer Services and proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools
